When you join the early-access list, we collect your email address, consent record, signup time, referral source, landing page, campaign parameters, experiment assignment, and pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers. If you complete the optional survey, make a reservation when reservations are enabled, or use the contact form, we collect the information you submit in those flows.
Payment card details are handled by Stripe Checkout and are not stored in the AQROOT database.
Measurement and attribution
AQROOT stores first-party funnel events in Cloudflare D1 so the team can understand which messages, traffic sources, and product benefits work. These events use random visitor and session identifiers. AQROOT does not intentionally store your IP address in its analytics database.
Cloudflare provides hosting, security, and Web Analytics. Optional Meta Pixel and Google Analytics scripts load only after you accept analytics tracking. If configured, server-side Meta events use the same event identifier as browser events to prevent duplicate conversion counting.
Browser storage
- Local storage keeps a random visitor identifier, stable experiment assignment, and your tracking choice.
- Session storage keeps the current visit identifier, campaign attribution, and short-lived funnel state.
- Optional Meta and Google technologies may use their own identifiers only after analytics consent.
How the information is used
- Send requested prototype and crowdfunding updates.
- Measure demand and improve product positioning.
- Analyze survey responses and launch intent.
- Operate and reconcile legitimate reservations if that program is activated.
- Protect the site, prevent abuse, and answer contact requests.
AQROOT does not sell your personal information.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site and database. Stripe will process reservations only if the reservation program is activated. Meta, Google, Turnstile, and an email delivery provider are used only when configured for their stated purpose. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy controls.
Retention and your choices
Launch-list records are kept while AQROOT develops and operates the crowdfunding launch unless you unsubscribe or request deletion. Funnel, survey, reservation, and contact records are reviewed and removed when no longer needed for validation, accounting, support, security, or legal obligations.
You may unsubscribe using any email footer. You may also request access, correction, or deletion through the contact form. You can change optional tracking by clearing the AQROOT site data in your browser and choosing again.
Security and changes
AQROOT uses encrypted transport, Cloudflare security controls, restricted administrative access, and server-side secrets. No internet service can promise absolute security. Material policy changes will be dated on this page.
