Can I buy AQROOT now?
No. AQROOT is in active Beta v2 development and is not a finished production device. The current goal is to complete and validate the prototype before deciding whether to launch crowdfunding.
Is the render a finished product photograph?
No. It shows the industrial-design direction. Final mechanics, surface details, and component placement may change after PCB, RF, thermal, and enclosure validation.
What hardware is in the current Beta v2 direction?
The authoritative design includes an ESP32-S3, Wi-Fi and BLE, a 3.5-inch touch display, microSD, USB-C, 433 MHz and 915 MHz radio paths, NFC, infrared transmit and receive, audio, an IMU, physical controls, and protected community expansion.
Is AQROOT certified for sale?
No production certification is claimed. Final regulatory and compliance work belongs to the production phase and must be completed before production units ship.
Does joining the list reserve or buy a device?
No. The launch list only gives AQROOT permission to send development and crowdfunding updates. A separate reservation program, if opened later, will have its own price, refund terms, and clear notice that it is not a device purchase.
Is a retail price set?
No authoritative retail price is published. The team is validating the product, use cases, and market before making a pricing decision.
